Immer mehr Projektmanager greifen auf die unterschiedlichen Zertifizierungsangebote zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch geht es Projektmanagement-Instituten wie der GPM \/ IMPA und dem PMI nicht nur um eine wachsende Professionalit\u00e4t der Projektmanager. Im Mittelpunkt steht auch das Mitwirken an gemeinsamen Projekten &#8211; ehrenamtlich nat\u00fcrlich. Doch lohnt sich das? Was sind die Vorteile einer aktiven Mitgliedschaft, was sind die Herausforderungen und warum ist ehrenamtliches Engagement in einem PM-Verband nicht f\u00fcr jeden das Richtige?  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Meine G\u00e4ste sind Sabine Lehnert von der GPM und Oliver F. Lehmann vom PMI &#8211; beide haben umfangreiche Erfahrungen in diesem Bereich gesammelt. Frau Lehnert ist seit Februar 1997 Mitglied der Regionalleitung der GPM-Regionalgruppe W\u00fcrzburg\/Schweinfurt und bietet dort ein Praxis-Forum im Bereich Projektmanagement an. Neben Projekten zur Beratung und Einf\u00fchrung von Applikationen zur Datenverwaltung und -verarbeitung in der Industrie und der Navigations-Branche, baute sie in einem f\u00fchrenden Handelsunternehmen ein strategisches IT-PMO auf und arbeitete f\u00fcr diverse Automobil Hersteller als direkter Dienstleister im Bereich Infotainment-Systeme. Frau Lehnert ist seit 2007 nach IPMA zertifiziert und engagiert sich heute aktiv und ehrenamtlich in der Gesellschaft f\u00fcr Projektmanagement e.V.
