During the reporting period, changes were made to the schedule, but no milestones were shifted. At this point in time, the end of the project was likewise postponed.<\/p>\n<p>No later than now, project management should take measures to reduce the risk of further delays and avoid jeopardizing the project.<\/p>\n<p>In the following <em>2<\/em> weeks, an adjustment was made to the project before the MTA data was saved again.
