Doch genau das war das Erfolgsgeheimnis des Energieunternehmens Kon\u010dar Power Transformers (kurz KPT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kon\u010dar Power Transformers Ltd. ist ein Joint Venture von Siemens Energy und Kon\u010dar mit Sitz in Zagreb und hat sich auf die Konstruktion, Entwicklung, Produktion, den Verkauf, die Pr\u00fcfung und den Service von Leistungstransformatoren spezialisiert. Mit der neuen L\u00f6sung wollte das Unternehmen seine Kleinserienproduktion f\u00fcr ma\u00dfgeschneiderte komplexe Produkte rationalisieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In der heutigen Episode m\u00f6chten wir Ihnen diesen ungew\u00f6hnlichen Use Case vorstellen. Seinen beruflichen Weg begann er als Projektsteuerer im Bauwesen und ist seit 2005 bei TPG The Project Group als Berater und L\u00f6sungsarchitekt besch\u00e4ftigt.
