Und mindestens genauso wichtig: die Menschen f\u00fcr das Projekt zu begeistern. Mit anderen Worten: statt zu versuchen, alles in eine Methode zu pressen, schaut man sich jedes Mal aufs Neue die Beschaffenheit des Projektes an und entscheidet, welchen Weg man geht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Doch ist das wirklich zielf\u00fchrend? Und k\u00f6nnen einzelne Projektleiter das \u00fcberhaupt leisten? Dar\u00fcber spreche ich heute mit dem Changemanagement und Projektexperten Tobias Lienhard. Als erfolgreicher Coach begeistert er Projektleiter*Innen f\u00fcr ihre eigene Arbeit und ihr Projekt, verzichtet dabei aber komplett darauf, sich in die Kategorien wie Lean, Agile, oder Management 3.0 systemisch einzuordnen.
