Uriel Vargas, thanks for pointing out this inconsistency. While “project team’s experience with similar projects” and “novelty for people involved” may refer to the same idea, “Low” and “High” would have needed to be switched in the former case. We have published various images of the project-worthiness analysis on this blog. I have now replaced the old image with the latest one (this one has “novelty” instead of “experience” making correct use of “Low” and “High”, so it should end the confusion).
